Job summary:
Development and execution of a plan or work for a Strategic Business Unit of Global Business Council
Summary of essential job functions:
Based on the overall business plan of the organization, the project manager will create a detailed plan for the unit they have been assigned to manage. The marketing plan will work to accomplish the goals and objectives of the overall company plan. This plan will include the development of a detailed marketing plan and its execution.
This is a tremendous opportunity for an ambitious recent graduate looking to build a company within an established and expanding global organization. The project manager will be compensated in several ways to include profit sharing, commissions, and bonuses.
Minimum requirements:
Interns, Associates degree in Business Administration, Management or Marketing, no experience necessary
Abilities required:
Preferred bilingual, dynamic, creative, general computer knowledge

This is accomplished through comprehensive programs, counseling, and marketing services that facilitate companies’ needs to connect with new clients and develop long-term relationships.
Job Objective:
Responsible for all sales activities, from lead generation through close in an assigned territory Develops and implements agreed upon Marketing Plan which will meet both personal and business goals of expanding customer base in the marketing area. Works within the sales and support teams for the achievement of customer satisfaction, revenue generation, and long-term account goals in line with company vision and values
Responsibilities:
- Responsible for the sales and exceeding
- Complete understanding of pricing and proposal models.
- Demonstrates the ability to carry on a business conversation with business owners and decision makers.
- Assists in the implementation of company marketing plans as needed.
- Responsible for sourcing and developing client relationships and referrals.
- Maintains accurate records of all sales and prospecting activities including sales calls, presentations, closed sales, and follow-up activities within their assigned territory, including the use of Microsoft Outlook to maintain accurate records to maximize territory potential.
Relationships and Roles:
- Maintain contact with all clients in the market area to ensure high levels of Client Satisfaction.
- Build trust, value others, communicate effectively, drive execution, foster innovation, focus on the customer, collaborate with others, solve problems creatively and demonstrate high integrity.
- Maintain professional internal and external relationships that meet company core values.
- Proactively establish and maintain effective working team relationships with all support departments.
Job Specifications:
- 2-5 years of experience in sales in the recruiting industry.
- Proven ability to achieve sales quotas.
